Attention to details can be seen in this photo of a NJ swimming pool design. I carefully placed the rock and boulders both within the pool structure and in the planting beds. River gravel at the edge of the patio hides the patio drainage system. A path light is placed to light the step up to the spa. I set it back a bit from the patio so that it can be softened with groundcovers. To the right one of the outdoor Bose speakers can be seen. I set this back a bit from the patio so that it also can be softened with plantings. I used a variety of perennials, ground covers and shrubbery to naturalize, soften and add interest to the pool.
