A beautiful home overlooking the scenic Hudson River. I created this courtyard in the spring of 2012. The photo was taken four months later. I used the same brick on the house for the brick lawn border, courtyard walls and as a border on the bluestone walkway. I used some antique urns as points of interest and symetrically placed teak benches on both sides of the garden. The garden changes with the season, early, mid and late spring bulbs,annuals, Hydrangea and Rhododendron. The plantings are simple but effective when in bloom.
